Support & feedback
Ask a question, share an idea, or let us know what isn’t working.
A few quick answers.
I haven’t received my confirmation.
Check your spam or junk folder and that you entered the right email address. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us from the address you used to sign up so we can help.
Can I sign in or start a session?
Not yet. ClinicalPlay is in development. For now, you can try the examples on our home page and join the waitlist for the launch announcement.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Use the unsubscribe link in your ClinicalPlay email. If you can’t find it, contact us from your signup address.
Privacy & data
Waitlist & email
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, signup time, consent version, and subscription status. Joining gives permission for a signup confirmation and a launch announcement. Duplicate signup submissions do not change an existing subscription or reactivate an unsubscribed address.
Use the personal “Manage email preferences” link in your email to choose the launch announcement or unsubscribe. Resubscribing requires an explicit choice. We record the preference and when it changed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops pending waitlist emails.
We retain a suppression record to respect unsubscribe requests and delivery records to avoid duplicate messages. Confirmation delivery records include retry timestamps and a copy of the message awaiting delivery. We do not sell this list. Resend processes recipient addresses and message content to deliver our emails. Please do not enter client or health information.
What else is saved
Account registration is not open during the waitlist phase. The account system prepared for launch uses Supabase authentication for email/password and, when configured, Google and Apple. When accounts open, Supabase will store account identity and clinician preferences. Your password is handled by the authentication service and is never stored in ClinicalPlay’s application tables. Favorites and display preferences are linked to your account ID, with database access restricted to your account. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Waitlist and campaign records remain in our hosting database. There is no advertising analytics or session-replay integration in this application.
Activity data
The landing page includes interactive activity examples. These examples run in your browser; their responses are not sent to the server or saved as client records. Data handling and any local summary feature will be documented when the first complete activity is released.
Support messages
The contact form sends your chosen topic, message, email address, and optional name to our support inbox through Resend. Your email is used for replies; contacting support does not subscribe you to the waitlist. Messages remain with our email providers so we can handle your request. We do not save message bodies in the application database. To limit spam, we keep temporary request counts with a keyed, hashed network identifier. These expire after approximately 24 hours and are removed on subsequent form submissions.
Questions about your data
Email support@clinicalplay.app with questions about your waitlist information. Please leave out client and health information.
Operational information
Hosting and sign-in providers may process request metadata such as IP addresses and access times. ClinicalPlay does not promise that all infrastructure metadata is absent. Do not enter identifying client information into account settings, support requests, or URLs.
Future live rooms
Shared rooms are not enabled in this release. Their data flow, retention, security, and contractual requirements must be reviewed before real-client use. Clearing responses at the end is a retention decision, not a guarantee that HIPAA does not apply.
